Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Janamaz.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, including the acrylic gift box and all included items

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days after the product is delivered

Our Luxury Islamic Gift Box includes multiple items (prayer mat, tasbeeh, attar, and acrylic box), therefore all items must be returned together for the return to be accepted.


Non-Returnable Conditions

We may not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items from the gift box are missing

  • The return request is made after 14 days of delivery

  • The product is returned without original packaging


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges since our store focuses on a single premium Islamic gift box product.
