Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition
All items included in the Luxury Islamic Gift Box must be returned together
The product must be returned in the original acrylic gift box and packaging
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Items Included in the Return
Our product is sold as a complete gift set, which includes:
Luxury velvet prayer mat (Janamaz)
100-bead Aqeeq stone tasbeeh
Oudh attar fragrance
Transparent acrylic gift box
All items must be returned together in the original condition for the return to be accepted.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the package
After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.
Because we offer a single premium product, exchanges for different products are not available.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:
The product has been used or damaged after delivery
Items from the gift box are missing
The product is returned without the original packaging
The return request is made after 14 days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
